  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Beat eggs with a fork.

    Then add dark syrup.

    Then add melted butter and vanilla.

    Real butter gives so much more flavor.

    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake about 1 hour or until center is set, when a knife comes out clean at 350°.
