  • 1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    In mixing bowl, slightly beat eggs.

    Stir in corn syrup, brown sugar, salt, pecans and vanilla to mixture.

    Pour into a regular pie crust shell.

    Bake at 375° until center is set when gently shaken, about 30 to 35 minutes.
