  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Stir in brown sugar, pecans, corn syrup, vinegar and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350° and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

    You will not taste the vinegar.
