- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Stir in brown sugar, pecans, corn syrup, vinegar and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Pour into pie crust.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350° and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

6You will not taste the vinegar.

7It keeps your pie from boiling over in your stove.
