  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 deep dish 10-inch pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, beating well. Blend in syrup and pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Arrange additional pecan halves over top for decoration, if desired. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
