Pecan Pie

  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oleo or butter
  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugar, oleo and corn syrup.

    Bring to a rolling boil. Cool and add to beaten eggs.

    Add pecans.

    Put in pie shell and bake at 350° until center is set.

    A toothpick inserted in center will come out clean.
