- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine corn syrup, sugar and margarine.

3Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat and cool completely.

5When mixture has cooled, add vanilla and beaten eggs, mixing well.

6Place pecans in unbaked pie shell.

7Carefully pour syrup over the pecans.

8Bake 1 hour or until center is set.

9If crust starts to get too brown, make a ring of aluminum foil and cover crust.
