- 1 c. pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 (8-inch or 9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Mix pecans, eggs, sugar, vanilla, buttermilk and oleo in a 2-quart saucepan.

2Cook on stove top burner until it's all blended good together and right before it comes to a full boil, take it off the stove.

3Pour it into your pie shell and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
