  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust (do not use deep dish)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. dark or light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. pecan halves

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except pie crust.

    Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375° until set and pastry is nicely browned.
