- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans
- 1 pie crust
Directions

1Line pie pan with crust.

2Cream butter until soft.

3Add sugar gradually; continue to cream until light and fluffy.

4Stir in slowly syrup, honey, eggs, vanilla and 1 cup nuts.

5Pour into crust; arrange remaining nuts on top.

6Bake 50 to 55 minutes in 350° oven; cool.
