  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place pecans in unbaked pie shell.

    Mix syrup, sugar and eggs together.

    Add melted margarine and vanilla.

    Pour mixture over pecans.

    Place in 400° oven and bake for 10 minutes.

    Then reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for 30 minutes.
