  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/4 c. white karo syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Beat eggs, add sugar, syrup and salt.

    Mix well.

    Stir in melted butter, vanilla and pecans.

    Pour into pastry shells.

    Bake at 325° for approximately 45 minutes, or until firm.

    Makes 3 regular pies.
