- 1 whole Homemade Pie Pastry Shell, Your Favorite Recipe (or Store Bought If You Don't Have Time)
- 3 whole Eggs
- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 cup Agave Nectar
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1-1/4 cup Pecans, Halves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pastry. Set aside.

2In a bowl beat eggs, sugar, salt, agave and butter. Add pecans. Pour the mixture into the pastry lined plate. Place baking shields on the edges of the crust if you have them, or you can put a small strip of foil around the crust edges.

3Bake for about 50 minutes to 1 hour until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
