- 4 eggs, beaten by hand
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 2 uncooked 9-inch pie shells

1Add ingredients as in the order listed.

2It is best to mix all the ingredients by hand, rather than mixer.

3This is enough for 2 pies.

4Do not preheat oven, then bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 25 to 40 minutes.
