- 1 c. Karo all-purpose syrup
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
Directions

1Mix all ingredients for filling together, adding pecans last. Pour into pastry shell.

2Bake in 400° (hot) oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
