- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. corn syrup (dark)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. flour or cornstarch
- 1 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Beat eggs, salt, syrup, syrup and vanilla.

2Stir in flour or cornstarch.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Cover top with pecan halves. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

5Center will still be soft, however, do not overbake as pie will set as it cools.
