- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. Karo dark syrup
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly in a small bowl with mixer at medium speed. Beat in corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, margarine and salt.

2Cover pastry with pecans.

3Pour filling into pastry shell.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
