- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. pecan halves or pieces
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Mix sugar, syrup and butter.

2Add eggs and pecans.

3Fill unbaked pie shell with mixture and bake in moderately hot oven at 400° for 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to moderate (350°) and continue to bake 30 to 35 minutes.
