- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecan nuts
Directions

1Mix the eggs, sugar and corn syrup.

2Stir in the salt and vanilla.

3Stir in the nuts.

4Turn the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan lined with pie dough and bake in a hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350° and continue to bake for 30 minutes longer or until a silver knife inserted in the center of the filling comes out clean.
