  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pancake syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Cream the butter and mix in the brown sugar.

    Beat in the eggs, one at a time.

    Add the syrup, vanilla and pecans.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Lower heat to 350°. Bake about 30 minutes or more until filling is set.
