  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Mix well together all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Preheat oven to 375° for 10 minutes; then bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 325°.
