- 1/4 c. flax seed
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. DATE BUTTER
- 1/2 c. barley malt powder
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. honey
Directions

1Toast pecans at 350° for 15 minutes.

2Place in unbaked pie shell.

3Blend flax seed with 1/4 cup warm water.

4Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water as it thickens while blending.
