- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/2 c. honey (Sue Bee)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Directions

1Combine the first seven ingredients until blended.

2Stir in eggs well, but do not beat.

3Fold in pecans.

4Pour into 9-inch pie shell.

5Bake at 375° for approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour, until set in the middle and golden brown.

6Watch the crust carefully and cover lightly with aluminum foil if it browns before the filling sets.
