- 2/3 c. Griffins waffle syrup (no substitute)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients.

2Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie crusts.

3Bake at 450° (425° for glass pans) for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° (325° for glass pans) and cook 25 to 35 minutes or until knife blade inserted in center comes out clean.
