  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup (lite)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, adding pecans last.

    Pour into 9-inch pie pan (unbaked).

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Then reduce heat to 350°, about 45 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
