  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Karo syrup (white or red)
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs. Add sugar, syrup, salt and melted butter. Combine well and add pecans and vanilla. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake in oven at 350° until firm, about 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
