  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 c. pecan pieces
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add syrup, sugar, nuts, salt and vanilla. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake 50 minutes in a 325° oven.

    The pecans will float to the top forming a crust.
