  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    In bowl, using mixer at medium speed, beat first 5 ingredients until well blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

    Cool on rack. Makes 8 servings.
