- 3 cups Oats
- 2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cups Wheat Germ
- 23 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Your Preferred Chocolate Chunks
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans and wheat germ.

3Stir in applesauce, sugar, butter, syrup and vanilla.

4Pour onto a foil-lined jelly roll pan.

5Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring twice.

6Remove from oven and let it cool for 30 minutes before mixing in chocolate chunks.

7Store in an airtight container.

8Granola will last for 2-3 days.
