  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. sifted flour

Directions

    Beat butter until soft.

    Blend in sugar until creamy.

    Roll the dough into small balls.

    Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.

    When cooled, roll the puffs in confectioners sugar.
