- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. cake flour or plain flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Cream the butter.

2Add the sugar and vanilla.

3Beat until fluffy.

4Stir in the flour then the pecans; mix well.

5Chill 15 minutes.

6Roll the dough into small balls the size of a marble. Place on a greased cookie sheet, spacing them an inch apart.

7Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until delicately brown.

8Roll in sugar while warm (not hot) then again when the cookies have cooled.
