  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) crisp white wine
  • Ice

Directions

    In an airtight container, combine the pecans, sugar, vanilla bean, vodka and wine and refrigerate for 1 week, stirring occasionally.

    Strain the drink into ice-filled rocks glasses.
