Pecan Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix margarine, sugar, salt and vanilla.

    Add flour and nuts. Be sure the mixture is well mixed together.

    Press into balls the size of a walnut and roll in hand until about 2 inches long. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.

    Cool completely and roll in powdered sugar.
