- 3 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
- 1/4 c. pecan pieces, chopped
- 3 to 4 c. sourdough bread, cubed
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine bread cubes with sage and pecans.

2Beat eggs with milk and add melted butter.

3Lightly toss liquid with bread mixture. Turn into a lightly greased casserole.

4Bake covered at 400° for 30 minutes and uncovered an additional 10 minutes to brown.

5Makes about 1 quart.
