Pecan-Sage Stuffing

  • 3 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/4 c. pecan pieces, chopped
  • 3 to 4 c. sourdough bread, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine bread cubes with sage and pecans.

    Beat eggs with milk and add melted butter.

    Lightly toss liquid with bread mixture. Turn into a lightly greased casserole.

    Bake covered at 400° for 30 minutes and uncovered an additional 10 minutes to brown.
