  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugar.

    Add vanilla and water. Mix well.

    Blend flour and nuts in liquid mixture.

    Chill for 4 hours.

    Shape into fingers.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 20 minutes.

    Remove from pan and cool slightly.

    Roll in confectioners sugar.
