Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar chipped beef
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese and milk, mixing until well blended.

    Stir in dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes and seasonings; mix well.

    Fold in sour cream.

    Spoon into an 8-inch pie plate or small baking dish.

    Heat and crisp pecans in melted butter and salt.

    Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Serve hot with crackers.
