- 2 Tbsp. butter
- turkey giblets
- 6 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. honey
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add turkey giblets and brown on all sides.

2Cool.

3Dice cooked giblets and set aside.

4Mix bread crumbs, salt, peppers and spices.

5Stir in the 1/2 cup melted butter, boiling water and honey. Cool. Add the beaten eggs.

6Mix well. Stir in the cooked giblets and pecans. Bake.
