  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 2/3 c. pecans

    Blend and chill first 3 ingredients for 1 hour. Divide dough into small balls; put in small cupcake pan.
