  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 13 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • FILLING:
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients, then chill.

    Press into mini muffin pans and then press center down with finger/thumb.

    Mix filling ingredients and fill 3/4 full.

    Bake at 325 for 30 min.
