  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Egg Whites, (beaten until stiff)
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 1 Tsp Almond Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Pecans (chopped)

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients

    Mix 3 egg yokes & milk

    Add to dry ingredients

    Add oil, almond extract & pecans

    Fold in beaten egg whites

    Pour only enough onto the Belgian Waffle maker so that is so that it doesn't spill out
