  • 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Whisk together first five ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together egg, egg white, milk and oil; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fold in pecans.
