- 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Whisk together first five ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together egg, egg white, milk and oil; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fold in pecans.
