- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chili with beans
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook macaroni; drain.

2In a large skillet, melt butter.

3Add green pepper and onion.

4Cook until tender.

5Add chili, corn, salt and pepper.

6Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

7Stir in cooked macaroni and top with shredded cheese.

8Cover and heat on low for 5 minutes.

9Serves 6.
