- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions

1Preheat Oven 350 degrees:

2In a stand mixer or food processor combine the sugar and butter and process until smooth.

3Add the eggs and process.

4Add the milk to the processor.

5Combine the flour, salt and baking powder and add to the processor and blend until smooth.

6Prepare the cupcake tins and fill 3/4 of the way.

7Bake 15 - 18 minutes until the toothpick test comes out clean.

8Gently remove cupcakes from the tins and let cool.
