- 1 lb. boiled penne
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. black olives
- 1/2 c. hot chicken stock
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Boil the penne.

2Saute diced chicken breasts in olive oil. Add the peppers which have been thinly sliced and the garlic. Cook together until tender.

3Add the tomato sauce and black olives along with the chicken stock, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.

4Add the cooked pasta, stir and serve.
