  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion (or to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 6 Italian or French rolls

Directions

    Mix lean ground beef with onion, mustard, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Spread thinly on cut halves of rolls overlapping a little down the sides to allow for shrinkage.
