  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. chopped dates
  • 1/3 c. chopped nuts

    Boil to soft ball stage (234°).

    Remove from heat.

    Cool.

    Beat until creamy.

    Add nuts, fruit and coconut.

    Beat until mixture holds its shape.

    Pour into buttered pan.
