  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. white Karo
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. nuts, chopped

    Melt butter; cool.

    Add sugar and Karo; mix.

    Add milk; mix well and stir until sugar is dissolved.

    Cook to a soft ball stage.
