  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • pepper and seasoned salt to taste

Directions

    Place steak on greased cookie sheet.

    Brown under broiler. Place in greased cake pan.

    Sprinkle with pepper and seasoned salt.

    Place onion and green peppers on top.

    Pour a little water on bottom.

    Cover; bake at 350° for 1 hour.
