  • 24 large bowls sweet pepper
  • 3 to 7 large bowls hot pepper
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 qt. vinegar

    Cut up peppers.

    Cover with hot water and let set for 5 minutes.

    Put peppers and all ingredients together.

    Bring to boil on stove.

    Pour hot hash into clean jars.
