- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. green hot peppers
- 1 1/2 c. green bell peppers
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 bottle fruit pectin
- green food color
Directions

1Remove seed and vein from peppers and chop fine in blender. Mix all ingredients except pectin and coloring.

2Cook on low heat 45 minutes, then bring to a rolling boil.

3Remove from stove and let stand 5 minutes.

4Add pectin and coloring.

5Pour into jelly jars and let cool to gel.
