- 12 red bell peppers
- 12 green bell peppers
- 6 medium size onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Wash and seed peppers and grind together with the onions. Scald and let set for 5 minutes, then scald for the second time and drain.

2Add sugar, vinegar and salt and cook for about 15 minutes to thicken.

3Pour in sterilized jars and seal.
